Midfield: Axel Witsel, Mahmoud Dahoud

Borussia Dortmund actually have a lot of midfield options right now, especially with the switch to the back four that frees up Emre Can from centre-back duties. With a lot of fixtures in the coming weeks we should see rotation and more than a few combinations tried out between Witsel, Delaney, Bellingham, Brandt, Dahoud and Can.

This game against Hertha Berlin will be a battle in the midfield so going with two physical center-mids is likely the way to go. Both Witsel and Bellingham offer that, and Bellingham also brings with him some attacking flair and ability to break through the lines with his passing and dribbling. As does Mahmoud Dahoud, and it will be interesting to see which of the two gets the nod to start.
