RB Leipzig fail to score past resilient FC Köln

RB Leipzig missed out on the chance to go level on points with Bayern, as they could only muster up a goalless draw against FC Köln. Julian Nagelsmann’s side had enough chances to take the lead, but Köln put in an impressive defensive display and ended Leipzig’s 100% home record this season.

10-man Gladbach beaten by Hoffenheim

Tottenham Hotspur loanee Ryan Sessegnon scored the winner as Hoffenheim came from behind to beat Borussia Mönchengladbach 2-1. The Foals took the lead through Lars Stindl, but Andrej Kramaric scored his first goal in five games to bring Hoffenheim level.

Marcus Thuram was then sent off for spitting at Hoffenheim defender Stefan Posch. And Hoffenheim made their advantage count, with Sessegnon firing home the winner.
