Defence: Thomas Meunier, Manuel Akanji, Mats Hummels, Raphael Guerreiro

Fresh off their first clean sheet in the league since October, Borussia Dortmund will be hoping for another strong defensive display on Saturday. The biggest question mark in the Dortmund defence is the right-back spot. Thomas Meunier will likely start there again, but he has been far from convincing so far. On the left side, Raphael Guerreiro will start in his usual spot.

Manuel Akanji and Mats Hummels will start as the two centre backs. Although Dan-Axel Zagadou is now available for selection, this likely isn’t the game he gets thrown into the starting XI. Akanji and Hummels have both been more than solid this season and will need to bring their A game once again against the lethal Leipzig attack.
