1. Julian Nagelsmann

The first candidate out of five that come to mind would be the most talked-about manager of the Bundesliga, Julian Nagelsmann.

The Hoffenheim boss is only a mere 29 years old but has already led his side from nearly relegated to qualified for UEFA Champions League. Hoffenheim have one of the better youth academies in Germany and feature a squad slightly older than Borussia Dortmund’s by less than a year. His achievement in his short time as a manager and faith in playing younger players makes him a top choice to replace Thomas Tuchel.

Not to mention Julian Nagelsmann is a coaching product of Thomas Tuchel and rejected a move to take over a Bayern youth team. What is there not to like about him?
