Since Dortmund is a young team, it is understandable why consistency can be a problem. However, after watching Monaco run away with the Ligue 1 title, it certainly can be done. If Thomas Tuchel stays in charge at Dortmund, expect more consistency and stability in the squad from Dortmund.

As for Aubameyang, it is going to be hard, regardless, to replace his production. As the second highest leading goal-scorer in the Bundesliga this year (behind a man that will not be mentioned,) Aubameyang has proven to be vital to the success of Dortmund. If Dortmund keeps Aubameyang, maybe Tuchel’s men can take that next step into another level of elite.
