Defense: Manuel Akanji, Mats Hummels, Dan-Axel Zagadou

With Dan-Axel Zagadou making his return from injury we can expect to see Borussia Dortmund’s normal back three together.

Zagadou alongside Mats Hummels and Manuel Akanji should make up the back three. It will be interesting to see Favre’s plan with Emre Can as he is able to play both central midfield and offers another option in central defence.

Lukasz Piszczek will likely get a rest in this one, with a congestion of fixtures coming in the weeks ahead, there will need to be some rotation in the Dortmund squad.
