Players to Watch

On Dortmund’s side of things this is an easy one to answer, both Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho are near unstoppable at the moment. Haaland is seemingly scoring at will and Sancho is making the Bundesliga look like child’s play racking up goals and assists.

One player to keep an eye out for on top of these two will be Gio Reyna who has been getting more and more minutes under Favre. He should play a super sub role in this game as well, depending on how the game goes.

Filip Kostic is the man of the moment in Frankfurt, he has 5 goals and 3 assists in the past five games. He has been playing a wing-back/winger hybrid role since joining Frankfurt and has become a key figure in their playing style. Timothy Chandler also is in a nice run of form with 3 goals in his past 3 games, not bad for a defender turned winger.
