Andriy Yarmolenko

Dortmund’s new Ukrainian signing impressed in his time at Dynamo Kiev. BVB fans should also take into account that Michael Zorc has been trying to bring him to the club for years, indicating that Zorc knows this guy is the real deal.

At 27, he brings a level of maturity and experience to a young squad. Along with that, he also brings immense talent that can be harvested well by Peter Bosz.

Yarmolenko has been described by some as a hothead, and I think that could be good for the squad. With him as an enforcer for the attack, he can get by defenders and hopefully work well with the other forwards to add to Dortmund’s already formidable attack.

I have no doubt he will be in the starting eleven for the club, and our new No. 9 will add a new dimension to this Dortmund side.
