5. Peter Bosz

The former Ajax manager joined Dortmund this summer as the replacement for Thomas Tuchel. Not only did he get Ajax into the Europa League final, but his beautiful attacking football is suited to Dortmund’s style.

Bosz has a lot of trust in youth players as well, which Dortmund have an abundance of. Fox Sports said when managing Ajax last season he played the youngest starting XI in history of the Eredivisie. In the Europa League, his Ajax side had a fairy tale season, before losing to Manchester United in the final. The 53 year-old manager is hoping to acquire wonder kid Kasper Dolberg, whom he had coached before at Ajax. The young Danish striker scored 16 goals in 29 games in the Eredivisie last season.

He has already got his new team playing some great football. And all the signs point to great success ahead for the club.
