5. Real Madrid are struggling

The current kings of Europe have looked like a shadow of their normal selves lately. Coming off a shaky win against Alaves, and a home defeat to Betis, Madrid are currently sitting in 5th place in La Liga. With a certain Cristiano Ronaldo yet to score a league goal this season, it comes as no surprise as to why Madrid have failed to play at their highest level. Ronaldo is absolutely vital to Madrid’s success, and it bodes well for Dortmund fans to see the Portuguese star out of form.

However, Dortmund are consistently susceptible on the counter attack, something Real Madrid can do better than anyone. With pacy wingers in Bale and Ronaldo, Dortmund will have to keep their wits about them if they want to keep Madrid off the score sheet.
