Currently, Dortmund is a big logistical mess. It seems as if Peter Bosz will remain in charge of the club despite sinking the team all the way to 5th place. Also, thanks to Bosz, Dortmund got kicked out of the Champions League.

It’s clear that Dortmund needs a replacement and now. Considering that it is still football season, its impossible to acquire a coach that has currently a job. The next best course of action is to give a call to a free agent coach. In my opinion, a very viable option can be calling former Borussia Monchengladbach coach André Schubert. He was the man that sent Monchengladbach to the Champions League in 2016.

Schubert is known for playing with 3 centre-backs and 2 wing-backs. A formation similar to what Dortmund used this Saturday against Schalke. That formation was actually pretty decent for Dortmund before the lads grew tired.

At this point, anything is better than Bosz. I’d allow Schubert to coach us at least until the end of the season so he can prove himself worthy of leading Der BVB.
