Gonzalo Castro (6/10)
When healthy, Gonzalo Castro is a solid squad player for Borussia Dortmund. Castro’s performance this season is in line with his level throughout his career. He is a steady presence but unfortunately, will never be a game changer for Dortmund. Castro’s season cannot be described as bad either because Castro has performed well in his box to box midfield role. This season he continued to make the right the pass, and make few mistakes in general when called upon. His ability to play multiple positions remains a plus as well. Unluckily, he suffered an injury in early December, but as stated, when healthy he remained a solid squad player.
