Shinji Kagawa (CM)

A name that’s been sidelined in recent weeks is Gotze. The German has returned to form but remains the second choice, behind Shinji Kagawa. It was hard to leave Gotze out, but there is simply no comparison between the two.

Shinjia Kagawa is disappointed with the end result of the game. Borussia Dortmund's midfielder has a good player rating today, but lacked a finishing touch.

Kagawa has put in “Man of the Match” performances in recent weeks. His presence on the pitch is undeniable and so is his impact.

Despite all the love for Gotze, Kagawa is in form, and easily the best midfielder at the club right now.
