Borussia Dortmund will qualify for the Europa League quarterfinals. It sounds like there is only hope behind the statement more than anything else. Regardless, I do believe in BVB winning this away match. It comes down to the how.

Peter Stöger is not providing much reassurance this season and recently news broke he will not sign for another season. This means if Stöger is looking for a new club, he needs Borussia Dortmund to win this match. Stöger is capable of setting a strategy against Salzburg the results in a strong win.

The right players are needed in the formation. Toljan, Sokratis, Weigl, Gotze, and Batshuayi should start the match at a minimum. These 5 will be well-rested and key to victory for Borussia Dortmund. Under the guise, the game goes in the visitor’s way that is.

After all, is said and done, BVB has at least 8 more games until the squad can be revisited. By this point, major upheaval is needed for the next season.
