Players on their way out:

Roman Burki – This season has seen Roman Burki have his ups and downs performance-wise. This is something that Dortmund can simply not afford at the moment. With the retirement of Roman Weidenfeller approaching at the end of the season, Dortmund would definitely be on the lookout for a new number 1.

Having been linked to Frankfurt’s Lukáš Hrádecký it seems that Burki’s days at the club are numbered. He has had a few good performances but it seems that Dortmund needs to fix their defensive woes once and for all.

Players to be brought in:

Jonathan Tah – If there’s anyone on my wishlist at the moment, it would be Jonathan Tah. Yes, there are already options for the center back role with Sokratis and Toprak. However, with Sokratis linked to Manchester United, Tah is a solid option. He could form deadly partnerships with Zagadou and Toprak that could stop the best attacks in Europe.

He won’t come cheap but der BVB will have money to spend especially since clubs from Europe will come to Dortmund hunting for talents such as Pulisic and Weigl.
