What is Borussia Dortmund’s ideal XI for the coming season?

New signing Delaney will have competition from Mahmoud Dahoud and the duo will be competing for the second spot in central midfield. Delaney is likely to start due to his experience and price-tag but Dahoud is perfectly capable of giving him some competition.

Dahoud is certainly more prized at the moment due to his immense talent and potential but form has become a bit of an issue for the German since arriving from Gladbach. Once he finds his footing, he could see more minutes with the first team than he did last season.
