With the January transfer window less than two months away, transfer rumors are already in full swing.

Despite their sensational start to the new season, reports say that Dortmund could further bolster their squad in January. So let us take a look at all of today’s transfer rumors involving the Black and Yellows.

Maxi Gomez

According to El Pais (H/T: Sport Witness), Borussia Dortmund are ‘lurking’ with the desire to sign Maxi Gomez, who is also a target for Tottenham Hotspur. The 22 year old’s performances have seen him earn comparisons with countryman Luis Suarez and he could be on the move in January or in the summer. Borussia Dortmund are reportedly looking to sign a backup striker to Paco Alcacer and Maxi Gomez would definitely present an interesting option for the club.

Pedrinho

According to Yahoo Sports, Borussia Dortmund officials met with Pedrinho and his manager last month and the club are expected to submit an official offer for the young winger in January. The 20 year old has enjoyed a stunning rise to fame this season and has many potential suitors, including Barcelona. Pedrinho’s club Corinthians are expected to demand a fee in the region of 25 million euros for their prized asset.

It remains to be seen how reliable this information is, but with Christian Pulisic expected to leave in the summer, Borussia Dortmund could look to sign another talented winger as a replacement.

Jadon Sancho

According to Italian outlet Calciomercato, Serie A giants Juventus want to sign Jadon Sancho despite his recent contract renewal with Borussia Dortmund. The Old Lady are prepared to spend 80 million euros for the wonderkid, who joined Dortmund for eight million euros in 2017.

Sancho has made an incredible start to the new season and has a contract with the club until 2022. He has the potential to become world class and despite the ever increasing interest in the winger, Borussia Dortmund have no desire to sell him anytime soon.

Alexander Isak

Sweden champions AIK Solna are interested in taking back Borussia Dortmund striker Alexander Isak according to Swedish outlet FotbollDirekt and could sign him on loan in January. Isak joined Dortmund as a 17 year old in 2017 but has failed to stake a claim for first team football at the club.

He has been limited to playing for the U-23s so far this season and is set to leave the club, either on loan or permanently. A move back to his former club could help him get his confidence back and revitalize his career ahead of a potential return to Dortmund or elsewhere.
