Borussia Dortmund’s red hot attack

Borussia Dortmund’s attacking players have been on fire so far this season. Led by Marco Reus, the Black and Yellows go into every game knowing they can outscore their opponents. Borussia Dortmund have already scored 33 goals this season and look unstoppable going forward.

Marco Reus has started every game this season and has scored eight goals and assisted five in the Bundesliga alone. Playing in the number ten role, Reus looks right at home and is having a devastating effect for his side. The Dortmund captain is in the form of his life and it doesn’t look like he will be stopping any time soon.

Paco Alcacer and Jadon Sancho are also in sublime form and are playing with great confidence. While Christian Pulisic and Jacob Bruun Larsen are have also been showing glimpses of their incredible talents. All these players have the potential to reach the highest level and they are showing just why with their performances on the pitch.

It says something about Borussia Dortmund’s attacking options that the likes of Mario Gotze, Shinji Kagawa, Maximilian Philipp and Marius Wolf are struggling to get game time, despite being very talented players themselves. These attacking players give Lucien Favre a selection headache every week, although its a headache he wont mind having.

Borussia Dortmund have some of Europe’s most talented attacking players and if they can continue their scintillating form, it will be hard for any team to stop the Black and Yellows this season.
