As the weather grows ever colder around us and the Hinrunde of the 2018/19 Bundesliga draws closer to a close, the thoughts of the club, and many fans will move to the January transfer window.

While Borussia Dortmund have performed valiantly, and the squad is looking healthy, there are still areas that could use improvement, especially if the club intend on making sure we maintain our lead over the trailing pack all the way to the end of the season. So, let us look at what positions we need to upgrade, and what players we could see fill in the gaps to get us over the finish line.
