Raphael Guerreiro

Raphael Guerreiro is only on this list because he still hasn’t extended his contract yet. With his contract expiring in 2020, Guerreiro will likely be sold if they can’t reach an agreement on the contract extension this summer.

That would be very disappointing after the exceptional season Guerreiro had this year. He was one of the key contributors and he would be sorely missed if he left.

On the other hand, Guerreiro has had an inconsistent three seasons since joining Dortmund. Mainly due to injuries, especially in the 2017/2018 season where he was a virtual non-factor. With both Julian Brandt and Thorgan Hazard joining Dortmund, if Guerreiro were to leave the blow is undoubtedly already softened. Regardless, he’s such a great player that his loss would surely be felt. Especially after seeing the chemistry he developed with Reus, Sancho and Gotze this past season.
