Striker: Robert Lewandowski

No surprises here. Lewandowski was once again the top marksman in the Bundesliga and fired Bayern Munich to the title with 22 goals and seven assists in the league. Despite making a slow start to his campaign, the Pole found his form quickly and won the Torjagerkanone trophy for the fourth time in six years, finishing ahead of Luka Jovic and Paco Alcacer. It was another campaign to remember for the former Dortmund man who was involved in 38% of his team’s goals.

Lewandowski also made history in March as he broke Claudio Pizarro’s record to become the highest-scoring foreigner in the Bundesliga. It was another prolific season was the 30 year old, who is showing no signs of slowing down at the moment.
