Final remarks
For those of us that live on the other side of the pond, moments like the one the Brooklyn Borussen shared with Patrick Owomoyela are a rare treat; not only because we found ourselves in the midst of a club legend, but also because we found ourselves in the midst of a fellow fan who was able to give us a unique insight into the club we all equally cherish and adore.
It is moments like this that we all grow a little bit closer to the club as a whole, and we really get to feel the clubs words in full force: “Echte Liebe” or real love, not just for the team playing on the pitch, but for the community we are all very lucky and privileged to be a part of, something I will forever be grateful for.
