Olivier Giroud

The incredible form of Tammy Abraham has seen Olivier Giroud fall down the pecking order at Chelsea. Reports say that the Blues are ready to let him leave for as low as five million euros.

While the Frenchman is nearing the end of his career, he would still be a steal at that price. Even at the age of 33, he is more than capable of scoring goals and has strengths which other Borussia Dortmund attacking players lack.

He works hard for the team, plays really well with his back to the goal, holds up play superbly and his link up play is exceptional. Giroud may not score the most goals, but he helps get the best out of those around him. There is a reason why he is still the first choice striker for France.

While Giroud would only offer a short term solution, at five million euros, he could prove to be a very shrewd signing for Borussia Dortmund.
