*That* comeback against Inter Milan

Borussia Dortmund’s hopes of qualifying for the Champions League round of 16 seemed to be done and dusted when they were 2-0 down at half time against Inter Milan on matchday 04. But what followed was nothing short of incredible as the Black and Yellows pulled off a stunning comeback to win the game 3-2.

Borussia Dortmund looked like a completely different team in the second half, and they started the fight back after Achraf Hakimi made a fine run into the box before turning Mario Götze’s pass into the net.

Julian Brandt levelled things up for Borussia Dortmund with a fine finish from a tight angle, after some good work by Paco Alcacer to win the ball back from a throw in.

Achraf Hakimi then kept his composure to complete the miraculous comeback after being played in by Jadon Sancho.

It was a truly special night at the Westfalenstadion, and one that will live long in the memories of the Borussia Dortmund fans.
