Borussia Dortmund haven’t received any offers for Paco Alcacer or Jacob Bruun Larsen, while the club are reportedly interested in young Porto right-back Tomás Esteves.

No offers for Alcacer, Bruun Larsen

Paco Alcacer and Jacob Brunn Larsen have been linked with moves away from Borussia Dortmund all month, but sporting director Michael Zorc has told Kicker that the club haven’t received any bids for the duo.

Alcacer has attracted the interest of Spanish clubs Atletico Madrid, Valencia and Sevilla, while Bruun Larsen has been linked with Bournemouth and Eintracht Frankfurt. Both players have fallen out of favour in recent months, and Borussia Dortmund are open to selling them.

Alcacer was dropped from the matchday squad for Saturday’s game against Augsburg, because head coach Lucien Favre felt “he wasn’t ready to help the team.” Bruun Larsen was named as a substitute, but saw Gio Reyna take his place in the pecking order.

With less than two weeks to go before the transfer window closes, clubs will have to move quickly if they are to sign the wantaway duo.

Borussia Dortmund keen on Tomás Esteves

FC Porto’s Tomás Esteves is considered to be one of the most talented young full-backs in Europe. The 17 year old has only made one competitive appearance for Porto’s first-team, but has already attracted the interest of a number of big clubs.

According to Portuguese newspaper A Bola, Borussia Dortmund are on the top of the list of suitors for the young right-back.
