Achraf Hakimi, Axel Witsel, Julian Brandt, Raphael Guerreiro

Achraf Hakimi looks a lot more comfortable in a wing-back role, due to the lack of defensive responsibilities. He still has improving to do defensively, but his limitations shouldn’t be tested too much against Union Berlin.

Raphael Guerreiro has quietly been one of Borussia Dortmund’s most consistent players this season. He is set to keep his place at left wing back.

Axel Witsel is always one of the first names on the Dortmund team-sheet, and he will start in the number six role once again, against Union Berlin. Joining Witsel in the middle of the park will be Julian Brandt, who has found his footing in the number eight role.

Witsel and Brandt have developed a strong partnership together, and should see plenty of the ball on Saturday.
