Expected Lineup for Borussia Dortmund’s cup game against Werder Bremen

Attack: Jadon Sancho, Erling Haaland, Marco Reus

Although Borussia Dortmund will play several games over the next few weeks and there will be a time for rotation, it may not come up front in this one.

After seeing Dormtund’s new star striker start his first game and find the back of the net twice it’s tough to see Haaland being left out of the starting XI unless there are fitness concerns. In that case, Thorgan Hazard could come back into the team.

The same goes for Jadon Sancho who is simply unplayable at the moment. He is scoring and assisting at will in the Bundesliga.

Marco Reus should round up the final spot in the starting XI but if Favre was inclined to rest one attacker Reus might be the one rested in favour of Thorgan Hazard or maybe even new favourite Gio Reyna.
