Borussia Dortmund prodigy Youssoufa Moukoko continued his stunning run of form by netting a hat-trick in the U-19s’ 3-0 win over Arminia Bielefeld today.

Youssoufa Moukoko, who has been making waves with his performances for the youth teams over the last two years, scored three goals for the Borussia Dortmund U19s today as they enjoyed a 3-0 win over Arminia Bielefeld in the U19-Bundesliga West. The win helped Borussia Dortmund U19s stay in second place in the standings, behind only to FC Köln on goal difference.

The hat-trick saw Moukoko take his tally for the season to 33 goals in just 25 appearances in all competitions. The 15 year old also has nine assists to his name.

Moukoko came into the Arminia Bielefeld game having scored two goals in each of his last four appearances. He went on to do one better this time around, netting his sixth hat-trick of the season.

Five of those hat-tricks have come in the U19-Bundesliga West, with the other one coming in the UEFA Youth League against Slavia Praha. Last year, he became the youngest player ever to score in the UEFA Youth League with his goal against Inter Milan.

Moukoko is rated very highly by the Borussia Dortmund hierarchy, who are leading the calls to lower the age limit in the Bundesliga. If they succeed, we could see the talented forward make his senior debut next season.
