18 April: Bayer Leverkusen vs Bayern Munich (Matchday 30)

While Bayer Leverkusen aren’t necessarily in the running for the Bundesliga title at the moment, they could yet have a big say in the race. As of this writing, Peter Bosz’ side still have to face three of the four teams in front of them. And wins in those six pointers would certainly help their bid to clinch a top four spot.

On matchday 30, Leverkusen host a Bayern Munich side that has a poor recent record at the BayArena. The Bavarians have tasted victory in just two of their last ten trips to Leverkusen in the league.

Leverkusen also beat Bayern at the Allianz Arena earlier this season. And if they can manage another good result when the two sides meet in April, it could prove to be quite damaging for Bayern’s title hopes.

Matchday 30 will also see Borussia Dortmund host Hertha Berlin, while Leipzig play Paderborn, and Gladbach travel to SC Freiburg.
