Thorgan Hazard

Thorgan Hazard was another key signing for Borussia Dortmund this summer. Making a big move from Borussia Monchengladbach, Hazard was another experienced Bundesliga player Dortmund brought in this summer. He didn’t have the hottest start to his Dortmund career but he has cemented himself as a starting XI regular in his first half season. He has fit in extremely well in the Dortmund attack, building great chemistry with Sancho, Reus and Haaland.

His performances have gone slightly under the radar due to the impressive numbers of Sancho and Haaland, but Hazard still has five goals and ten assists to his name in the Bundesliga this season.

Hazard will only continue to get better and better the more settled he becomes. He doesn’t have the raw creativity of Sancho that sets him apart in a flashy way, Hazard thrives much more through hard work in a system. The better he knows that system the better he will perform.
