Robert Lewandowski & Sven Bender

Robert Lewandowski and Sven Bender played very different but very important roles in the double winning team of 2012. Lewandowski was just starting his path to becoming the player he is today. Lewandowski exploded for 22 goals and 10 assists in 34 appearances that year and hasn’t slowed down ever since.

Both of them still play in the Bundesliga as well, Lewandowski well known at Bayern Munich and Bender is now a regular fixture in the Leverkusen defense.
