With the coronavirus pandemic causing financial troubles to even the biggest of clubs, big money transfers may well be a thing of the past.
In order to bolster their squad, Borussia Dortmund could look to sign one or two players who will be free agents this summer.
Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc is known as one of the shrewdest transfer operators in Europe, and he will certainly have his eyes set on finding a bargain buy in order to boost the Black and Yellows’ squad this summer.
Looking at some of the players who are expected to be available on free transfers this summer, it would certainly make sense to consider snapping up one or two of them if they can help the squad either in the short or long term.
