05/26 Borussia Dortmund vs Bayern

Der Klassiker will return on May 26th this year on a Tuesday mid-week fixture. Dortmund were embarrassed in Munich 4-0 in the first outing and will be looking to settle the score. This game will carry massive title implications, with Bayern currently leading Dortmund by 4 points in the Bundesliga table.

It’s a massive disadvantage for Dortmund to have this important of a home game without their fans. When Dortmund play at home, they can beat anyone including Bayern as we saw last season and earlier this season in the Supercup.

But the task gets all that tougher when playing in an empty stadium, it robs Dortmund’s massive advantage. This will likely be a must win for Dortmund unless Bayern drop points in the games before this one.
