Emre Can tells Jadon Sancho: Manchester United not as attractive as Borussia Dortmund

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Emre Can has advised Jadon Sancho to reject Manchester United’s advances and stay with the Black and Yellows.
Jadon Sancho is being heavily linked with a big money summer move away from Borussia Dortmund, with Premier League side Manchester United thought to be leading the race for his signature. But teammate Emre Can has urged Sancho to reject a move away and stay at the Westfalenstadion.
Asked by SportBILD (H/T: German Football Daily) about what advise he would give to his teammate, Can heaped praise on the 20 year old and said:
"“I would tell him to stay here, and let’s play together forever. Jadon has that extra quality. There aren’t many players with the class that he has. I noticed that pretty quickly. He’s enormously important for us.”"
The former Liverpool player also believes that Manchester United aren’t ahead of Borussia Dortmund in terms of attractiveness or from a sporting perspective.
"“I see no reason to put Manchester United above Borussia Dortmund. Neither from a sporting perspective nor in terms of attractiveness.”"
Emre Can joined Borussia Dortmund from Juventus on an initial loan deal on transfer deadline day in January, and has quickly established himself as one of the team’s most important players. He has formed a solid partnership with Axel Witsel in the heart of the Dortmund midfield, and has earned a lot of plaudits for his commitment and ability to do all the dirty work for the team.
And the German international is determined to finish in front of Bayern and win the Bundesliga title with Borussia Dortmund this season.
"“I joined BVB because I want to win titles. I didn’t come here to secure second place behind Bayern. Our goal at BVB is to finish in front of Bayern. That’s another reason why we need a win next week.”“When we are this close to Bayern as we are now, then we don’t need to hide. But in the end, it all depends on what you deliver on the pitch.”"
Both Can and Sancho have been struggling with injuries recently, but are set to be involved as Borussia Dortmund host Bayern Munich in the top of the table clash next Tuesday. The game could have serious consequences on the Bundesliga title race, with just four points separating the two sides currently.
