Emre Can (6/10)

Can replaced Mats Hummels in the back three at half time and had a nervy start as Steffen nearly equalised soon after the start of the second half. But he regained his composure after that and held firm to help Borussia Dortmund keep their clean sheet.

Jadon Sancho (6.5/10)

Sancho showed his quality by making an excellent run before providing the assist for Achraf Hakimi’s goal in the second half. His 16th assist of the season in the Bundesliga alone, and a massive confidence booster ahead of the Bayern game.

Gio Reyna (N/R)

The young American returned to action with 12 minutes to go, replacing Thorgan Hazard.
