Borussia Dortmund are said to be closing in on the signing of highly rated Birmingham City midfielder Jude Bellingham.

According to Sport BILD, Borussia Dortmund already have an agreement in place with Jude Bellingham ahead of a potential move in the summer. The likes of Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Chelsea have also shown an interest in signing the Birmingham City midfielder in recent months.

The report gives no mention of an agreement with Birmingham City, or the money Borussia Dortmund will pay to sign Bellingham. But a fee in the region of 30 million euros has been mentioned by reports in England and Germany in the past.

Despite being only 16, Bellingham is already a crucial player for Birmingham City. He has made a total of 35 appearances in all competitions for the Championship side this season, scoring four goals and assisting three. He has earned plenty of rave reviews for his performances. Bellingham was a target for Borussia Dortmund last summer as well, and now it looks like they will finally get their man.

Sport BILD add that Borussia Dortmund are also interested in signing SC Freiburg centre-back Robin Koch as they look to strengthen their defensive line this summer. The German international’s contract is set to expire at the end of next season, and with no extension on the horizon, he could made available for a cut-price fee of 10 million euros this summer.
