Players to Watch

Jadon Sancho is expected to return to the starting XI, and it will be interesting to see how he fares after his disappointing showing against Bayern. The Englishman has been struggling with his fitness in recent weeks, and with Erling Haaland out, his performance will be crucial to Borussia Dortmund’s hopes of getting the three points on Sunday.

Another player who will be looking to make his mark on the game will be Julian Brandt. After being hooked off at half time against Bayern, Brandt will be aiming to show just what he is capable of producing.

Streli Mamba scored twice in the reverse fixture, nearly leading Paderborn to an incredible win at the Westfalenstadion. If he can pull off a similar performance on Sunday, Paderborn will fancy their chances of getting something out of the game. Borussia Dortmund will also have to be wary of his strike partner Dennis Srbeny, who has scored five goals since joining Paderborn in January.
