Saturday, June 6th – Home vs Hertha Berlin

Borussia Dortmund will host Hertha Berlin this weekend in what will be a tough match for the black and yellows. Not only do Dortmund typically struggle against Hertha, but they are in a great patch of form. Since the restart and the coaching change, Hertha have three wins and one draw in their four games. Their one draw even came against RB Leipzig to top it all off.

With Krzysztof Piatek, Javairô Dilrosun and Dodi Lukebakio leading the line, Hertha Berlin have a lot of attacking quality in their ranks. So Borussia Dortmund cannot afford to take them lightly.

Borussia Dortmund pulled out a 2-1 win over Hertha in their previous meeting. Coincidentally Mats Hummels received a red card in that game and he will miss this meeting as well after picking up his 5th yellow in Dortmund’s last game against Paderborn. Erling Haaland could also potentially miss this clash as he is still recovering from the knee injury he picked up against Bayern Munich.
