How Borussia Dortmund could line up for Fortuna Düsseldorf clash: Hummels back, Haaland on the bench?

Back three: Lukasz Piszczek, Mats Hummels, Manuel Akanji

With Mats Hummels back from serving his suspension, he will jump right back into the lineup in the middle of the Borussia Dortmund back three.

Regardless of how well Emre Can played, it will be a massive boost to get Hummels back and Lucien Favre can put Can back into midfield. Alongside Hummels will be the usual suspects, with Piszczek and Akanji flanking the German international.

Manuel Akanji has been a completely different player since the Bundesliga restarted. More confident, assured and attentive, he has been nearly mistake free and looking like the Akanji of old.

Lukasz Piszczek has been excellent since the turn of the year, and expect him to continue his excellent run of form this weekend.
