Team News

Borussia Dortmund will once again be without the injured Dan-Axel Zagadou and Mahmoud Dahoud. Lucien Favre has been handed a big boost this week, as one of his star men in Erling Haaland is set for a return after picking up a knock in Der Klassiker just over two weeks ago. Marco Reus is still out despite returning to training earlier this week. Nico Schulz could make the bench though after recovering from his injury woes.

Uwe Rosler’s side will be without Aymen Barkok, Oliver Fink and Zackary Steffen, as well as defensive midfielder Adam Bodzek, who is suspended after picking up his 10th yellow card of the season against TSG Hoffenheim last weekend.

Expected Line-Ups

Fortuna Düsseldorf: Kastenmeier – Ayhan, Jörgensen, Suttner – Zimmermann, Stöger, Sobottka, Berisha, Thommy – Karaman, Hennings

Borussia Dortmund: Bürki – Piszczek, Hummels, Akanji – Hakimi, Can, Witsel, Guerreiro – Sancho, Brandt – Hazard
