Borussia Dortmund’s ten best goals of the 2019/20 season

Borussia Dortmund scored some tremendous goals in the 2019/20 season and here we will count down to the top ten goals scored.

Borussia Dortmund possess one of Europe’s most lethal attacks, and racked up 84 goals over 34 games in the Bundesliga, an exceptional scoring return. With so many great goals to choose from it’s hard to get down to just ten, but here we will do our best.

10. Raphael Guerreiro vs Schalke

Coming in at number 10 is Raphael Guerreiro’s outside of the boot finish in Borussia Dortmund’s 4-0 win over Schalke in the first game back from the Coronavirus break. Guerreiro played a great give and go with Erling Haaland at the top of the 18 yard box, before beating the Schalke keeper with an exceptional outside of the foot finish.

9. Jadon Sancho vs Barcelona

Jadon Sancho’s highlight reel goal against Barcelona comes in at number 7. More often the creator than the scorer Sancho showed his taste for finding the back of the net against Barcelona in the Champions League in the group stage. On a quick turn, Sancho fooled Junior Firpo with a stutter step before firing a rocket into the top corner beating Ter Stegen. Borussia Dortmund suffered a convincing defeat in the game, but the goal from Sancho was a beauty.
