Expected Borussia Dortmund starting XI for Augsburg clash: Who will replace Thorgan Hazard?
By Tom Rodgers
Borussia Dortmund travel to Augsburg on Saturday as they look to continue their good start to the season after wins in both the Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal.
Borussia Dortmund have made an impressive start to the season, scoring eight goals and conceding none in their opening two games. They will be aiming to keep that run going as they take on Augsburg in the second matchday of the Bundesliga season.
The Black and Yellows look set to lineup in a 3-5-2/3-4-2-1 formation which has seen them enjoy a lot of success since the turn of the year.
Lucien Favre will be missing a few key players, including Thorgan Hazard and Dan Axel Zagadou. But Raphael Guerreiro is in contention to make his return to the team after missing the last two games with injury. Here is the team we think Favre will choose to play against Augsburg.
Goalkeeper – Roman Bürki
Roman Bürki will once again don the gloves for Borussia Dortmund after keeping a clean sheet against Borussia Mönchengladbach on Matchday 1. The Swiss goalkeeper pulled off some impressive saves against Gladbach, and will be aiming for another good display this weekend.
