Borussia Dortmund player ratings: Haaland and Reyna star in 4-0 win over Freiburg

It was the Gio Reyna and Erling Haaland show at the Westfalenstadion, as Borussia Dortmund ran out 4-0 winners against SC Freiburg.
Borussia Dortmund dominated the game right from the get go, and took the lead at the half hour mark courtesy of Erling Haaland. Emre Can then doubled Dortmund’s lead just after the start of the second half, heading home from Gio Reyna’s corner. The American youngster got his hat-trick of assists when Erling Haaland made it 3-0 after being brilliantly played in.
Haaland could have had his hat-trick with the final kick of the game, but he unselfishly passed the ball to Felix Passlack, who scored into an empty net to seal the 4-0 win.
It was a comprehensive victory for Borussia Dortmund, who showed their quality and got back to winning back after suffering two disappointing defeats.

Once again filling in for Roman Bürki, Hitz was barely tested by the Freiburg attack, but did make a couple of decent saves in the second half to earn a clean sheet.
