How to watch TSG Hoffenheim vs Borussia Dortmund: Live stream and TV Channels

Borussia Dortmund jump back into the Bundesliga with an away game against TSG Hoffenheim on Saturday with both teams feeling the hit of the Coronavirus.

Borussia Dortmund are coming back from international break this weekend to get back in Bundesliga action. Some of the national team players only rejoined the team on Thursday afternoon, on an extremely tight turnaround for a Saturday game. Hoffenheim have had a great start to the season so far, winning 2 and losing one in the opening three games. One of those wins came against Bayern Munich so this isn’t a game Dortmund can take lightly.

Both teams have been hit by the Coronavirus coming back from the international break. On the Dortmund side, Manuel Akanji has tested positive while with the Switzerland national team. He is currently quarantining and will miss Sunday’s game. On the other side, Hoffenheim will be without a few key players as well. Andrej Kramaric, Kasim Adams and Pavel Kaderabek will all miss Saturday’s game. Both Kramaric and Adams have tested positive, while Kadarabek had a family member test positive and is required to quarantine as a result. These among several other cases are pulling into question whether the international breaks are worth the risk of spreading Coronavirus.

Although Dortmund will be without Akanji, they will welcome back Jadon Sancho. Dortmund always seems to have a tough time against Hoffenheim so it will be important they stay focused for the full 90 minutes in what is sure to be a tough physical game.
