Gio Reyna (6/10)

Reyna came on to replace Jude Bellingham before the start of the second half and initially slotted into the number eight role. He certainly added a much needed creative presence to the Borussia Dortmund midfield, even though the things he tried didn’t always come off. He did manage to pick out Erling Haaland with a fine low cross for what proved to be a consolation goal for his side.

Julian Brandt (5/10)

Brandt came on for Lukasz Piszczek as Lucien Favre reverted to a back four to try and salvage something from the game. The German international did play some decent passes, but he wasn’t able to make the desired impact.

Reinier Jesus (N/R)

Reinier came on for another short cameo and it never really looked like he could cause Lazio any problems.
