Jadon Sancho (7/10)

Sancho put in another impressive performance, and was one of Borussia Dortmund’s biggest threats in the first half. His dribbling and quick feet caused Arminia Bielefeld defenders quite a few problems, but the end product was missing more often than not. He had an excellent chance to make it 1-0, but he headed Mats Hummels’ sublime cross straight at the goalkeeper. His corner led to Hummels’ opener, and it was one of the two big chances he created.

Marco Reus (7/10)

Reus produced an excellent cross to set Hummels up for his second, and hopefully it will give him some confidence going into the upcoming games.

Thorgan Hazard (6.5/10)

Hazard made his return to the starting XI and had a decent game, showing several glimpses of his quality. He set up two good chances, made some clever runs and also had a shot blocked off Marco Reus’ back in the first half.

Julian Brandt (6.5/10)

Brandt had some encouraging moments and created a few decent opportunities for his teammates, most notably for Thorgan Hazard in the first half. He had a couple of good chances to score in the second half but couldn’t beat the goalkeeper.
