Thorgan Hazard (7.5/10)

Hazard scored his second goal of the season to give Borussia Dortmund the early lead. He looked active and dangerous both with the ball and in his movement. He also helped out defensively and made a vital block on the other end just before his goal.

Julian Brandt (5.5/10)

Brandt wasn’t able to make the desired impact on the game playing in the number ten role. His decision making wasn’t always the best, but he did look much more confident after the break.

Gio Reyna (6/10)

Reyna pressed high up the pitch and made some important defensive contributions. He set Erling Haaland up with a fine chance in the 30th minute, but other than that, his offensive contributions were limited.

Erling Haaland (9/10)

Haaland continued his prolific scoring record in the UEFA Champions League by adding two more goals to his tally. In addition to his goals, the 20 year old also showed his strength and determination with great hold up play on a number of occasions. He nearly set Thorgan Hazard up for Dortmund’s fourth in the second half, but he just slightly overhit his cut-back.
