Players to Watch

Raphael Guerreiro was Borussia Dortmund’s best player in the defeat to Bayern Munich, and played a game high eight key passes. The Portuguese international has been the team’s creator in-chief this season, and he will have a key role to play going forward this weekend against Hertha Berlin, who will likely be happy to sit back and play on the counter.

Marco Reus scored his second Bundesliga goal of the season against Bayern Munich, and after two weeks of rest, he will be raring to go once again. The Borussia Dortmund captain has a good scoring record against Hertha Berlin, and he will be aiming to make his side’s latest trip to the Olympiastadion a memorable one.

Hertha Berlin’s attacking trio of Matheus Cunha, Dodi Lukebakio and Krzysztof Piatek could cause Borussia Dortmund a lot of problems on Saturday. But special attention will need to be paid to Matheus Cunha, who is Hertha’s leading goalscorer with five goals to his name this season. The Brazilian also has four assists, and has been Hertha’s best player since his January move from RB Leipzig.
