Erling Haaland, Gio Reyna and Jude Bellingham enjoy big rise in market values

The updated market values of Bundesliga players were released by Transfermarkt on Thursday, and Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland saw his value hit the €100 million mark.

A number of Borussia Dortmund players saw their market values increase, including Erling Haaland, who is now valued by the website at 100 million euros (previously €80 million). Gio Reyna and Jude Bellingham also saw their market values skyrocket. Following his recent long term contract extension at Borussia Dortmund, Reyna is now valued by Transfermarkt at 30 million euros (previously €15 million).

While Bellingham is also a big winner and is now valued at 27 million euros (previously €11 million), which is more than the amount the Black and Yellows paid for his signature in the summer transfer window.

Youssoufa Moukoko also received his first market value following his Borussia Dortmund senior debut. The 16 year old striker is valued at 10 million euros. As per Transfermarkt, Moukoko’s value is the highest starting value for any youngster in Bundesliga history.

Jadon Sancho, Marco Reus see their values drop

Meanwhile, Jadon Sancho saw his market value decrease from €117 million to €100 million. As did Thomas Meunier, who is now worth €18 million according to Transfermarkt (previously €24 million).

The market values of Raphael Guerreiro and Manuel Akanji increased after their impressive starts to the season. On the other hand, a number of established players including Mats Hummels (€20 million), Marco Reus (€25 million), Julian Brandt (€35 million), Axel Witsel (€17 million) and Thorgan Hazard (€32 million) all saw their values drop in the new update.

Transfermarkt takes a combination of factors into account when deciding these values, including age, contract status and form.
