Borussia Dortmund’s injury list hasn’t gotten any smaller, with Erling Haaland, Thomas Meunier, Reinier Jesus and Marcel Schmelzer all ruled out. While Thorgan Hazard, Manuel Akanji, Thomas Delaney, Mateu Morey and Mahmoud Dahoud are injury doubts. There is hope that Raphael Guerreiro will be fit to feature, having missed the last two games.

Stuttgart will also be without a number of important players. Former Borussia Dortmund midfielder Gonzalo Castro will miss the game after receiving his fifth yellow card of the season last weekend. Nicolas Gonzalez, Erik Thommy, Daniel Didavi, Atakan Karazor and Hamadi Al Ghaddioui will also be absent for the away side.

Borussia Dortmund: Burki – Can, Hummels, Zagadou – Passlack, Witsel, Bellingham, Schulz/Guerreiro – Sancho, Reyna – Reus

VfB Stuttgart: Kobel – Mavropanos, Anton, Kempf, Sosa – Endo, Mangala – Wamangituka, Förster – Coulibaly, Kalajdzic
